Genomics Analytics on Google Cloud Platform

Increasingly, the scientific community is looking to harness cloud-based computing for genomics analytics. The Genomics Analysis Toolkit (GATK) provides industry-standard tools for identifying all major classes of genomic variants, both germline and somatic.
